Stop overdose

A site where people can learn how to recognize and respond to overdose. It also has links to help people find naloxone, the overdose antidote.

Mindfulness videos & movement breaks

Choose from six videos of guided practices to support you in movement, breath and beginning meditation techniques — great for study breaks or time off between classes.
