How I work with students: My primary goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you will feel heard and understood. I’m collaborative – let’s incorporate your strengths, interests, and values to uniquely tailor treatment for you! My therapeutic approach is integrative, which means I draw from a variety of styles, including broader philosophical concepts such as finding meaning in life and how the influence of power dynamics and socialization affects us, as well as more focused explorations of close and significant relationships and their role in shaping who we are.
Professional interests: Relationship dynamics, attachment style, trauma, existentialism, anxiety, suicide, bereavement
Approach to wellness: I tend to my mind, body, and spirit when considering wellness. I think nature is incredibly healing, so I prioritize being outside and hiking. I love spending time with important connections, be that my cat, Benji, or my close friends. I’m also very into a good internet deep dive!
