How I work with students: I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate space where all parts of you feel welcome. My goal is to help you feel connected to both inner and outer resources so that you can live in alignment with what feels meaningful to you. My style is warm and relational, and my therapeutic work is informed by a social justice lens.
Professional interests: I particularly enjoy working with students around topics of self-compassion, anxiety, body image, sexual well-being, relationship/interpersonal challenges, life transitions, and healing from trauma.
Approach to wellness: I find joy and peace through long walks, camping trips, rock climbing, reading, and time spent with loved ones.
Languages: English, Swedish (native fluency), Spanish (professional proficiency)
