Fail Forward is an event hosted by the Resilience Lab that brings the personal stories of prominent UW faculty, coaches, administrators, and notable community members to the forefront. These leaders share stories of failures and setbacks that they have faced throughout their careers and how those experiences have shaped them personally and professionally.
