Need to speak with someone immediately?
If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis and our UW offices are closed or you would prefer to talk with someone immediately over the phone, the following resources can help.
SafeCampus
Call 206-685-7233 or email safecampus@uw.edu. SafeCampus is available to listen and offer guidance when you have concerns for yourself or others. Our specialists will provide individualized safety plans tailored to each unique situation and connect you with additional resources when needed. All calls are private. You can choose to share as much or as little as you want. You can even call anonymously.
Crisis Connections
Free 24-hour crisis support via phone. Visit crisisconnections.org or call 866.427.4747.
This 24-hour crisis line provides immediate help to people in emotional crisis. Crisis Connections will help you determine if you or your loved one needs professional consultation and/or link you to the appropriate services. We are a primary source for linking Seattle-King County residents to emergency mental health services.
Support on weekdays
