Kizz Prusia, MPA
Community Impact Manager
Kizz is the Community Impact Manager at the UW Resilience lab. As the Community Impact Manager, he will collaborate with campus staff, colleges and universities, networks, and other organizations toward the common goals of compassion and wellness. He will also spend time speaking and training on behalf of the lab, as well as supporting the lab’s vision and strategy overall.
Kizz’s greatest strengths are interpersonal communications and the ability to build trusted relationships with individuals from a variety of diverse backgrounds. His approach to work leverages these skills along with holding space for others and active listening, question-asking and observation, and analysis and thoughtful facilitation.
He earned his master’s degrees in Urban Planning and Public Administration from the University of Washington. Kizz is excited to return to campus in this new role and will seek to combine work experience in leadership, strategy, and facilitation with his own passions for wellness, compassion, and healing.
