Who I Work With: All Students  

How I work with students: I take an empathetic and empowering approach to work with students who are in the process of exploring who they are and what they need. I believe for change to happen insights, emotional awareness, and behavioral activation/motivation are all significant to be addressed. Understanding how oppression shapes the lives of students with marginalized identities is central to my work. Guided by a commitment to culturally responsive and social justice–oriented counseling, I meet each student with compassion and help them recognize and build on the strengths they already hold 

My professional interests : Anxiety Disorder, Life Transitions, Gender Affirming Care, Cultural Competency, Relationship Struggles, Immigration and Acculturation,  

What Therapy Can Look Like:  Feminist Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Safety Planning, Treatment Planning 

Approach to wellness:  Spending time with significant people in life is always healing for me. During leisure time I also enjoy table top role play games, video games, anime and jewelry making.
