Who I work with: All Students
How I work with students: I offer a warm, collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to counseling. My hope is to create a judgment-free space where students feel supported as they explore challenges, build resilience, and seek help before stress, isolation, or burnout feel overwhelming.
Professional interests: Stress, anxiety, relationships, grief and loss, multicultural navigation, life transitions, mindfulness, depression.
What therapy can look like: Therapy is short term, collaborative, and goal-oriented. We’ll work together to identify patterns, connect thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and build practical skills that support change, resilience, and well-being. My approach integrates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and existential therapies to support students as they move through transitions, expectations, and questions of connection and purpose.
Approach to wellness: I take a holistic view of wellness that honors the connection between self, family, community, and the land. For me, healing means restoring balance and creating space to feel more grounded, connected, and whole.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest, camping, traveling, spending time with family and friends, sharing good food, and staying open to new experiences
