Who I Work With: All students

How I work with students: I believe our most meaningful healing happens in community and relationship with others, and the therapy relationship is no different. I use a relational and interpersonal approach to help students gain new understandings of themselves. I aim to create a space that is both affirming and challenging: affirming to clients’ identities and lived experiences, while challenging harmful systems and unhelpful thinking styles/habits. My hope is that therapy can provide a supportive space for clients to practice self-compassion, unlearn harmful internalized beliefs, reconnect with their own internal wisdom, and work towards their best self.
