How I work with students: I work from a Contemporary Relational Psychodynamic framework, which emphasizes empowering individuals in their relationship with themselves and their environments through insight-oriented conversations and emotion processing. This includes seeing individuals through a socially-just lens and understanding how varying identities within individuals intersect with their cultural contexts.
Professional interests: I have various professional interests, but international aid and empowerment, trauma, loss, interpersonal concerns, and self-worth are at the front.
