How I work with students
I provide counseling from an integrative therapeutic framework, which means that I apply knowledge and techniques from multiple schools of psychology and other disciplines to help you meet your goals. My style is empathetic, collaborative, and straightforward while offering students space to expand self-awareness and discover new ways of being in the world.
I enjoy supporting students going through difficult life transitions, coming to terms with painful experiences, changing patterns of behavior, clarifying larger life goals, and developing the skills necessary to establish and maintain more satisfying relationships with yourself and others.
