On-campus Laboratory and Radiology Services

Who doesn’t love labs? Our partners at UW Department of Laboratory Medicine and UW Radiology offer on-site services at Husky Health.

  • Phlebotomy services and specimen collection right on campus, offering an on-site lab with the largest Laboratory Test Menu in the Northwest. Most test results will post to your MyChart account in 24-48 hours.
  • For lab tests, you will need an order from a medical provider. Call Husky Health at 206-685-1011 to schedule a clinic appointment or contact your UW Medicine provider.
  • Lab orders from clinics outside of UW Medicine can be collected and processed at Husky Health Lab when a UW Medicine general lab requisition is filled out by your provider and faxed to the lab. Please share the following information with your healthcare provider: Clinical Pathology Test Order Forms  ;  Husky Health Lab Fax#: 206-616-1267
