Our workshops are designed to create a supportive environment that promotes personal growth. Through group discussions, and hands-on activities, participants are encouraged to explore new ideas and develop practical skills. Each workshop is tailored to address specific needs, whether it’s improving mental health awareness, enhancing communication, or building resilience. We aim to provide attendees with valuable tools and insights that can be applied in both personal and professional settings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and well-being.

Friendship Workshop

Seasonal Affective Support

Description: It’s common to experience changes in mental health during the winter season. This is a weekly drop-in space to talk with others experiencing an impact on their mental health, discuss coping & coping ahead strategies, & share resources.

Let’s Talk: Virtual Co-Working
Date: 10/16, 10/30, 11/13, 11/20, and 12/4
Time: 2:30-4:30 pm
Location: Remote over Zoom (955 0735 2806, Passcode: Study)
Description: This is a drop-in group for anyone who would like to body double for accountability, while working on tasks from their to-do list. Group members can join for the entire 2-hour session or join for a shorter period as their schedule allows. Participants can share their goal at the beginning of the session, work quietly on camera, take facilitated breaks lead by a counselor, and share their progress at the end of the session. A counselor will be available for a brief individual check-in, if needed.

Description: Come join us for a cozy crochet gathering hosted by the UW Counseling Center and CIRCLE! This is a space to slow down, connect with others, and enjoy the calming rhythm of making something with your hands. No experience is needed — whether it is your very first time or you already love crocheting, you are welcome here. As we crochet together, we will also reflect on how creative practices can support balance, stress relief, and mental health.
All yarn and tools provided. Everyone is invited.
Connecting Mindfully with Nature
