Seasonal Affective Support

Description: It’s common to experience changes in mental health during the winter season. This is a weekly drop-in space to talk with others experiencing an impact on their mental health, discuss coping & coping ahead strategies, & share resources.

Description: This drop-in group provides a body double for accountability while working on to-do tasks. Participants can join for any part of the 2-hour session, share goals, work quietly on camera with counselor-led breaks, and get brief individual check-ins if needed.
