Alexa Proctor is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in reproductive and gynecologic health.
Alexa’s approach to care is through shared decision making and patient education. Her goal is to help patients feel empowered in making decisions about their health.
Alexa’s clinical expertise includes common gynecologic conditions, such as vaginitis, UTI, PCOS, dysmenorrhea, and pelvic pain; contraception, including insertion and removal of LARCs (IUDs, Nexplanon); gender affirming care; preventative health and primary care.

Dr. Chebion’s clinical expertise includes the treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, performance medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound guided procedures and OrthoBiologics.
Dr Chebion is an outdoor enthusiast and avid sports lover, he finds joy in activities ranging from sea to summit with his wife, baby, and dog.
Betsy Fine MD, FAAFP
Betsy Fine is a board-certified Family Physician with additional certification in Adolescent Medicine

Howard Sanders, MD, FAAP, CAQSM
Dr. Sanders enjoys connecting with patients about their passions outside of medicine and listen to understand what each individual person’s goals are, and I partner with my patients to help them meet those goals.
His clinical expertise includes diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, non-surgical fracture management, concussion management, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, and noninvasive ultrasound-guided procedures.
He enjoys hanging out with my wife, daughter, and dog, mountain biking, fixing things with my hands, and making homemade pizza.

Nicholas Herrmann, P-C, is a family medicine practitioner who treats adults.
