Katie Ettl is the Student Needs Navigator at LiveWell. In this role, she helps low-income students learn about and connect with resources related to food security, housing stability, health insurance (Apple Health), childcare, technology access, and other basic needs.

Prior to joining LiveWell, Katie earned a B.A. in Psychology from Gonzaga University and graduated from UW with her Master of Public Health. She brings a strong background in community health, having worked with SNAP-Ed at both the nonprofit and state levels, including the Washington State Department of Health. With more than five years of experience in student life across multiple universities, including two years at the HUB while completing her graduate studies, Katie is passionate about fostering equitable access to resources that help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
