Hello! My name is Frank, and I use he/him pronouns. I am a senior student studying psychology and economics. Outside of school, I love running, reading, baking, and teaching. I come from a family of educators, so naturally I was drawn to teaching, making my work as a Peer Health Educator fulfilling. College is a time like no other; it fosters curiosity, grows new relationships, and fills us with knowledge, but it also can create worry, stress, and discomfort. Understanding the resources and support all Huskies have on campus may aid in making college a more rewarding experience. I wholeheartedly believe that seeking out help is a sign of strength. As a PHE, I aim to provide fellow Huskies with evidenced-based skills, knowledge, and resources to cultivate a healthy well-being. I am also excited to give back to our UW community in such an important and meaningful way. I look forward to working with you all to make our UW community safer, healthier, and happier.

As a Peer Wellness Coach, I’m excited to provide one-on-one support for student’s wellness goals and personal growth. I believe that no one is ever done learning, growing, and experiencing, and I use this mindset as the foundation for my Peer Wellness Coaching sessions. My hope is to serve as an active listener to support students with topics such as time management, social media use, relationship challenges, stress reduction, and many more. I look forward to creating a wellness plan specifically curated for the student that is enjoyable, achievable, and focused on personal growth.
