How I work with students: My therapy style is collaborative, solution-focused, and tailored to the student’s goals. I seek to foster a warm, attentive environment in which students can feel safe and comfortable. I commonly draw from directive, hands-on techniques such as DBT and CBT, as well as less structured approaches like person-centered therapy and insight-oriented therapy, depending on the student’s personal preferences.
Professional interests: Relationship issues, anxiety, couples therapy, substance abuse, body image struggles, trauma, and depression.
Languages: English and Romanian
Approach to Wellness: I see wellness as multipronged, consisting of emotional/mental, physical, social, and sometimes spiritual health. For my own wellness, I enjoy writing, spending time in nature, traveling, cooking, exercising, and spending time with loved ones.
