Childhood vaccines (MMR, Meningitis, and/or HPV) will be on-site paper registration only at this time. Students eligible for the vaccine will need to walk up to make an appointment.
- Students 18 and younger (born after October 6th, 2004) can receive the MMR, Meningitis ACWY, and/or HPV vaccinations. Students of all ages can receive the COVID, flu, and mpox (if eligible) vaccinations at no cost.
- If you are a student aged 19 or older and need the MMR or Meningitis ACWY vaccinations, or if you are not able to attend the fair, you can find vaccinations at other locations.
- All vaccines are available at no cost for eligible students. Insurance is not needed to access vaccines.
- There will be another vaccination clinic in Tacoma on November 2nd. Please note: If you receive any vaccine, you may need to wait at least 28 days or more for another vaccine. For instance: if you receive an MMR vaccine, you will need to wait 28 days before receiving a second MMR vaccine.
- Printed proof of vaccinations will be available during the event to turn in to the Immunity Verification Program to fulfill your UW immunity requirement.
- It is required that you bring any and all vaccination documents you already have to the event with you for the medical professionals to consult.
- Both Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines will be available. Please bring your existing vaccine card or visit WAverify to get a copy sent to your phone, if you received a previous COVID vaccine in Washington State. Note that the vaccine provider does not usually offer COVID-19 and mpox vaccines in the same visit.
It is strongly recommended that you make your appointment in advance. Same-day and walk-in appointments may also be available, but cannot be guaranteed. Review Public Health Seattle-King County’s vaccine eligibility information and recommendations for COVID-19, flu, and mpox before making an appointment.
